This website is a product catalogue, not an online shop. You cannot buy anything here and no prices are shown. You browse the catalogue, add the items you are interested in to an enquiry list, and send it to us — we then reply with a written quotation. These terms explain how that works and the basis on which we deal with you.

Importers, wholesalers and distributors of office supplies, established in Malta in 1984. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ramilene Office Supplies Ltd; “you” means the person or business using this website.

Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here at the time you send an enquiry is the version that applies to it.

The catalogue is an invitation, not an offer

• The catalogue shows the range we supply. It is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell.
• No prices are published on this website. Pricing is given only in a written quotation prepared for you.
• Sending an enquiry list does not create a contract, reserve stock, or commit either of us to anything.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after you accept a quotation.

Product information and images

We take care to describe products accurately, but:

• Photographs are for identification and may not show the exact colour, finish, packaging or quantity supplied.
• Manufacturers change specifications, packaging and product codes without notice.
• Where a product is offered in a range of colours or sizes, the photograph may show one option from that range.
• Product codes shown on this site are our references. Always check the code and description on your quotation, as that is what governs what we supply.

If an item you receive does not match what was quoted, tell us and we will put it right.

Enquiry lists and accounts

• You may build an enquiry list without registering. Registering lets you save lists and see your enquiry history.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity carried out under your account.
• Please give accurate contact and company details — we rely on them to prepare and deliver your quotation.
• We may decline or close an account, or decline an enquiry, at our discretion.

Quotations

• Quotations are prepared individually and are given in writing.
• Quoted prices depend on the quantity quoted. Changing quantities may change the unit price.
• VAT and any other applicable duties apply.
• Quotations are subject to stock being available at the time you place the order.

Availability

Items shown in the catalogue are not guaranteed to be in stock. Stock levels change constantly and some items are ordered in on request. If something is unavailable we will tell you, and where we can we will offer an equivalent alternative for you to consider. You are never obliged to accept a substitute.

Orders, delivery and collection

• Delivery is within Malta and Gozo.
• Orders may also be collected from our premises in Swatar during opening hours.
• Any delivery date we give is an estimate given in good faith and is not guaranteed.
• Please check goods on delivery. Shortages, damage in transit or incorrect items should be reported to us promptly so we can resolve them.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Payment

No payment is taken through this website.

Returns, faults and cancellations

• If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
• Where you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Maltese and EU consumer law.
• Goods ordered in specially for you, made to order, or supplied to your specification may not be returnable.
• For any other return, please contact us first — returns need to be agreed in advance, and goods should be unused and in their original packaging.

Using this website

You may browse the catalogue and use the enquiry list for the purpose of doing business with us. You may not:

• copy, scrape, republish or systematically extract the catalogue, its product data or its images;
• use the site or the enquiry form to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its underlying systems;
• use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users.

Intellectual property

The design, text, layout and arrangement of this website, together with the Ramilene and C.S.D. Office Trade names and logos, belong to us or are used with permission. Third-party brand names, product images and trade marks shown in the catalogue remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply.

Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any product listing, without notice.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including a consumer’s statutory rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website. The catalogue is provided for information; where a decision matters to you, confirm the details with us in writing before ordering.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies this site uses are listed in our Cookie Policy. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

If part of these terms cannot be applied

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country where you live.
